Made-to-Order & Pre-Order Policy

Some items in our store are offered as made-to-order or pre-order items. These are clearly marked at the point of sale.


Placing a Pre-Order

When you purchase a pre-order item, you are purchasing a made-to-order or soon-to-be-available product, produced or reserved specifically to fulfil your order. Full payment is collected at the time of purchase.

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, pre-order and made-to-order items cannot be cancelled or refunded, as production, sourcing, or allocation is processed specifically for your order.
  • To cancel within 24 hours, please email enquiry@reign-london.co.uk with your order number.
  • Please refer to our Returns Policy for details on returns and refunds.


Shipping Pre-Order / Made-To-Order Items

  • We aim to ship pre-ordered products within 1 working day of receiving stock or completion of production.
  • Estimated delivery dates are displayed on each product page, with typical timescales of 7–14 working days.
  • Within 24–48 hours of placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email from our Customer Service team, which includes our Cancellation Policy and a custom leadtime. 
  • While we make every effort to meet estimated delivery dates, these cannot be guaranteed due to manufacturing or shipping delays outside our control. Any changes will be communicated via email.


Orders Containing In-Stock and Pre-Order / Made-To-Order Items

  • Your order will be shipped once all items are in stock or production is complete.
  • In-stock items will be reserved and shipped together with your pre-order or made-to-order items.
  • We do not ship partial orders. If you would like in-stock items sooner, please place a separate order or contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.
