We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-3 working days. Our team works hard to pack your items with care and get them moving to you quickly. Please note that shipping timeframes begin once your order has been dispatched.
For delivery enquiries or special requests, please email enquiry@reign-london.co.uk using the subject “Delivery”, including your order number where possible.
PRE-ORDERSYou’ll receive an email within 24 hours of placing your order confirming delivery timelines. We aim to ship pre-ordered products within 1 working day of receiving the goods.
Estimated delivery dates are shown on each product page. While we do our best to meet these dates, unforeseen manufacturing or shipping delays may occur, and you’ll be kept informed by email.
Orders will be shipped once all items are in stock. If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the in-stock items will be reserved and shipped together with the pre-order. We do not ship partial orders. If you’d prefer to receive in-stock items sooner, please place them as a separate order or contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
DELIVERY ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if any item/s are defective or damaged, if you’ve received the wrong item or if you are missing any items from your order.
We will require photographic evidence of any damage and/or missing/incorrect item/s so please provide this upon contacting us and keep hold of your packaging as you’ve received it incase we require further support to process a claim. We will require this evidence in order to start the process of compensation.
We need to be informed within 24hrs if there are any issues with your delivery, for example if the tracking shows as delivered but you’re unable to locate your parcel. We will then evaluate the issue and if necessary launch an investigation with the courier company. Unfortunately informing us after this time may cause delays and could result in us not being able to offer a resolution.
Please note; Reign London cannot be held responsible for a delivery to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please ensure to always include the full address inc all details to ensure a safe delivery.

DELIVERY DELAYS OR LOST PARCELS
Reign London cannot be responsible for delayed or lost parcels. If your parcel is delayed we will assist you in getting it recovered.
On the rare occasion that your parcel tracking hasn’t updated for more than 14 working days and we’ve had no updates from the delivery company we will raise a claim for the missing parcel. At the point of the claim being raised there will be a further 28 working day wait whereby the delivery company has a chance to get this parcel delivered to you which means in some cases you will need to wait the 28 working days in order to have your order refunded or replaced.
Reign London have the right to use their discretion with this if they choose to do so.
